The CRO is introducing mandatory electronic filing for all companies for the following forms from 1 June 2017:
- B1 – Annual Return (including financial statements and electronic payment)
- B2 – Change of Registered Office
- B10 – Change of Director and/or Secretary, or a change in their particulars
- B73 – Nomination of a new Annual Return Date
Documents may be filed electronically through CORE, the CRO’s online filing system or any company secretarial software. The signature pages should still be printed, signed and delivered to the CRO. All filing fees must be paid electronically by credit/debit card or by CRO Customer Account. Any of the above paper forms or financial statements received by the CRO from 1 June 2017 will be returned.
ODK will ensure that all CRO forms are filed electronically and clients can be assured that the CRO requirements will be met.
